More Member Support Staff
As most of you already know, we currently have over 140,000
members and are growing fast towards the 200,000 mark. As
a result, we’re looking for more member support staffs
to join Gerardo’s team to deal with various member
related tasks. You must have been with the program for over
a month, know how the program works very well, and is at
least a level 2 member. If you’re interested, please

Please note that we will read and review all applications.
However, due to the amount of applications we receive, we
may not be able to respond to every application. Therefore,
we’ll only respond back to those people whom we’ve
decided to take. But we will keep the remaining applications
if we ever need more member support staff in the future.
For those of you who did not receive our urgent update sent
out a few days ago, please note that our email server was
temporary offline earlier last week due to some member spamming
issue and it has caused a delay is replying members' inquires
as well as the processing of the messages sent from the Communication
The problem has now been resolved and we will go ahead to
process all the unanswered emails/messages. Please allow
a couple days for us to catch up with the backlog. If your
inquiry has not been answered by the end of this week, please
re-submit the email to us again as it may be lost due the
email server downtime.
We’d also like to take this time to remind all members
to only advertise in the appropriate places. If you’re
planning to use direct email marketing, please make sure
that you’re only sending 1 ads every 24 hour period
and that you have a proper removal instruction for them to
opt-out of your mailing list.
We have also added 2 more reports written by Caio Pricoli – “Success
with Safelistboys” and David Underwood – “Introducing
: "MPAM". The reports are available in the back
office for all members to see.
